THE NEW FALL MARKET IN NEW YORK: NYICS 2007

The New York International Carpet Show (NYICS), September 18-21, has established itself as the new Fall market for retailers looking to buy fresh high-end goods and to pick choice merchandise for the 4th quarter selling season. Quality and design are key-words in today's marketplace, with exciting contemporary designs and sophisticated designer-quality transititional looks leading the way. New introductions, exciting collections, solid programs, custom weaving capability and must-have one-of-a-kinds wiil be offered. NYICS is in one convenient, central location -- the historic Armory on Lexington Avenue at 26th Street near the Oriental Rug district. Opening Day is Tuesday, September 18th, from 1-6pm and a Preview Reception sponsored by HALI and modern carets & textiles magazines will be held from 1-3pm during buying hours. Hours on Wednesday and Thursday are 10am - 6pm and on Friday, 10am - 3pm.
